LOCTITE® ABLESTIK ATB F100E2 is a white, high-reliability epoxy adhesive film. It has an integrated non-UV PSA dicing tape (6140) with a carrier thickness of 110μm and is typically used for die attach, Film Over Wire (FOW) or Film over Die (FOD) in discrete, IC and chip stack packages. It’s ideal for wafer lamination processes or as a preform decal where it shows excellent workability and meets thin wafer requirements.
