TEROSON® EP 5075 SB High Impact-Resistant Structural Bonder

TEROSON® EP 5075 SB is a 2-part, purple (cured and when mixed), epoxy-based structural adhesive for car body repair. It's typically used for engine mounts, strut towers, radiator support, A&B pillars, aprons, roof frames, rocker panels, floors, and safety-critical parts. It offers high impact resistance, high durability against fatigue and stress, and high crash performance at extreme temperatures. TEROSON EP 5075 SB is a low to medium-viscosity resin that adheres to various materials (without primer) and dissimilar metals. It contains glass beads (0.20mm) to provide uniform bond-line control. Its high-strength nature makes it fit for use in combination with spot welding and riveting. The mixed material cures at room temperature, leaving a hard but not brittle adhesive film (accelerated cure at elevated temperature).
