Application Details:

• Product Used: LOCTITE^® PC 9313^™ with a base coat of LOCTITE^® PC 7227^™
• Operating Conditions: Vertical roller mill processing mineral sands at ~30°C
• Application Process:
  • Surface preparation and application of LOCTITE^® PC 7227^™ as a primer
  • Followed by 10 mm thick layer of LOCTITE^® PC 9313^™ applied to the wear surface
