This liquid acidic metal pre-treatment is designed for adding aluminum to BONDERITE® baths.
BONDERITE® M-AD 101 is a light yellowish, acidic, liquid metal pre-treatment additive. It is composed of inorganic salt and water and is used to add aluminum to BONDERITE® baths and complex fluoride. The BONDERITE® M products are used in the surface modification of metals and are usually applied in a multi-stage process. The performance of these surface treatments depends on various factors, such as the preceding cleaning or etching steps (BONDERITE® C portfolio), line design, or process parameters.
